Food & Beverage Director
Cynthia Dilmore was born in Brooklyn, NY and has lived in numerous Florida cities since 1997. She began working at the Governors Club in 2011 as a server and bartender before being promoted to manager and ultimately the Club’s Food and Beverage Director. Day-to-day, she manages the food and beverage service team and oversees all front of the house operations. As a member of the Club Management Association of America she is working to attain her Certified Club Manager designation. Cynthia is a graduate of Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor in International Affairs with a focus on public administration and emergency management. She has worked in hospitality for 16 years and enjoys mentoring staff with a special interest in developing training programs. She loves rucking, reading, and visiting the beach.
