Chef Gilbert Rodriguez was born in Puerto Rico and has been an Executive Chef for over 35 years. He began his career in the San Francisco Bay area, making candy and ice cream when he was just 15. He has worked across the U.S. and the Caribbean for well-known properties including Marriott, Sheraton, Wyndham, Hilton, Ameristar Casino and Norwegian Cruise Lines. He joins us from Washington DC, where he was Executive Chef at the National Republican Club of Capitol Hill. As a well-seasoned culinarian, Chef Rodriguez intends to provide the ultimate food & beverage experience for all of our members, turning the ordinary into extraordinary.
