Executive Sous Chef
A native of Tallahassee, Kevin has returned to his hometown after enjoying a multifaceted cooking career in South Florida. Trained at the Baltimore International Culinary College in Maryland, Kevin had the great fortune of working with a number of very talented Chefs in Baltimore and South Florida, absorbing priceless culinary knowledge along the way. In addition to running fine dining kitchens and co-owning a high end catering company, Kevin has extensive front of house experience. Some of you may recognize him, as he was Maitre' d here in the early years of The Club. Don't be surprised if he stops by your table to say "Hi" or shakes your hand at one of our many events.
