Honey Glazed Salmon, Saffron Quinoa with Lemon Grilled Asparagus - Pan seared fillets glazed with local honey, soy sauce and red pepper flakes with quinoa with coconut oil, toasted almonds and dried cranberries and grilled asparagus with charred lemon

Key Lime Pie - Delicious custard of key lime juice with sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks, baked in a graham cracker crust topped with whipped cream and key lime slices
