Chicken Fried Steak - Tenderized eye round of beef cutlets, breaded and fried with mashed potatoes, gravy and collards with black-eyed peas
Summer Berry Salad - Field greens with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, mandarin oranges, summer berries, candied pecans, blue cheese crumbles and balsamic vinaigrette
Hummingbird Cake - Moist cake flavored with cinnamon, pineapple, pecans, and bananas and topped with a cream cheese frosting
