Southern Smothered Pork Chops - Pan fried loin of pork, covered and simmered in an onion gravy with hoppin' john and green beans
Tomato and Cucumber Summer Salad - Diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, diced peppers and onions all mixed with basil, parsley, garlic and champagne vinegar
Carrot Cake - sweet, moist spiced cake with carrots, raisins, walnuts and cream cheese icing
