Shrimp and Grits - Pan seared shrimp in spices, "trinity" and andouille sausage with soft and creamy yellow grits, Tasso cream sauce and corn on the cob
Sweet & Sour Coleslaw - Green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots tossed with coleslaw dressing
Lemon Tarts - Sweet cookie like crust with lemon curd, whipped cream, and blueberries
