Tomato, Cucumber and Red Onion Salad - Roma tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions tossed with red wine vinegar, fresh mint, sugar and extra virgin olive oil
Chocolate Bailey's Pecan Pie
A traditional pecan pie with the addition of Bailey's Irish Cream and Chocolate
