Smoky Beef Brisket with Texas Hillbilly Mop Sauce - Slow and low smoked basted brisket with a vinegar and lemon spiced sauce, grilled Mexican street corn and macaroni and cheese
Peach Cobbler - Fresh sweet peaches baked in a spiced sugar mixture and topped with cobbler topping and sprinkled with sugar
