St. Louis Style Smoked Ribs - Meaty, spareribs rubbed with spices, smoked slow and low in house for hours, basted in an apple juice and mustard sauce with macaroni and cheese and corn on the cob
Deep Dish Apple Pie - Baked apples with lots of sugar and spices in a flaky pie crust
