St. Louis Style Smoked Ribs - Meaty, spareribs rubbed with spices, smoked slow and low in house for hours, basted in an apple juice and mustard sauce with macaroni and cheese and corn on the cob

Peaches and Cream Pound Cake - Fresh peaches and sour cream baked in a moist pound cake topped with peaches, sweetened whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon
