St. Louis Style Smoked Ribs - Meaty, spareribs rubbed with spices, smoked slow and low in house for hours, basted in an apple juice and mustard sauce with macaroni and cheese and corn on the cob
Sweet & Sour Coleslaw - Red & green cabbage, carrots, and onions mixed with spices, mayonnaise, sugar and apple cider vinegar
