The Club's Member Engagement Committee, led by Ms. Caitlin Yancey Moore, is happy to bring you Mahjong Mania! Mahjong is a traditional tile-based game that originated in China and has become popular worldwide. This fun event brings together players of all levels to enjoy the thrill of Mahjong in a lively, social setting. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a curious beginner, Mahjong Mania offers a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can learn, compete, and have fun. The game's blend of strategy, luck, and quick thinking makes each round unpredictable and engaging.
Participants must be in teams of four, and each team must provide its playing mat and tiles. This event is limited to 60 participants. The cost is $75 per person and "One Bam Bird" of the Tallahassee Mahjong League will provide expert instruction. Tiles and mats will be provided.
