Begin the evening at our Club brand open bar followed by Chef Tim's perfectly crated three-course steakhouse dinner with select wine from our GC cellar. Confirmed reservations will be billed. Starter - Popcorn Gator Lake Miccosukee gator tail marinated in buttermilk and cayenne pepper sauce, fried crisp and tossed with diced tomatoes, scallions, pickled peppers, Cajun remoulade, and parmesan cheese
Entrée - Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Maple Bourbon Espresso Sauce Marinated Angus beef in bourbon, Vermont maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and espresso with sautéed wild mushrooms, oven roasted Idaho potatoes and green beans with bacon
The End - Pumpkin Cheesecake Velvety smooth, rich and creamy blend of cream cheese with a swirl of roasted pumpkin on a graham cracker crust with cinnamon sugared pepitas
