Tina was born and raised in West Michigan. She began her career in the hospitality industry right after high school. Tina spent much of her career working in all aspects of full-service hotels, including kitchen operations, guest services, sales, and as General Manager. She came to the Governors Club shortly after moving to Tallahassee in the summer of 2011 and began working at the Governors Club in the accounting office as Assistant Controller. In 2024, Tina was promoted to Controller.
The club was an important part of the community’s social fabric early on. It
